We have found the involuntary human micro chipping already in several hundred people.  The question now is how to remove the micro chips.  I believe that the micro chips are how these people have been monitoring the general public telepathically and the kidnapping anyone they can hear with someone else’s technology!

Your Honor, if it pleases the court I am requesting  an immediate “Summary Judgement” and immediate deportation to the Penal Colony at Out Post 152.  As the Federal Special Agent in charge of this entire investigation, I am volunteering my services to transport the prisoners!

Four men and five women have now been found guilty of “High Treason” and transported to the Penal Colony at Outpost 152.  Maybe now things will quiet down a bit!
